SUPER BH's Comeback

Its owner has been with her for so many years, since first time he got a steel frame. However, the high humidity in Taiwan makes it rusted and looked really old.

Apparently the rust makes it look terrible.

Well, it is really old and nasty. But the owner still loves it and ask us to help renovated it. 

After one week:

As you can see now the rust is fixed!

Just like new.

We always love the reflection on our shiny clear coating!

We use making & painting for whole bike and we love the texture of it.

In the end, we are satisfied when we see the happiness on his face. Our devotion paid off at this moment.

Wilier Customized Matt Black Version

Recently we received a request from a customer who wants to change the look of her frame. She really liked the bike but thought it was about time for a change, a fresh start!

Her concept was to keep a "low profile" on the road, while possessing an "attractive & sexy" look. A challenge, but nothing we can't manage...

After a detailed discussion and consistently checking details with her, we arrived at this:

(our idea was to maintain a balance between the grey, matt black and that of the bold red Wilier logos, which we have delicately placed)

(Sometimes there are special elements, such as this logo on the lower downtube, that only the designer and owner will ever know about...or perhaps other fellow bike fanatics, should you want to share the secret!)

(This frame was previously the Lampre-Wilier edition - we thought we would honour this by placing the new lettering where 'la triestina' once was, adding a logo beside it. The matt red looks sexy, job done!)

Coolmax Works: Customized Paint Job

We always welcome riders who wish to create their own frame design.

This time, our customer sent a design draft to us and asked us if we could make the drawing a reality. 

Easy!

After about two weeks of detailed discussion, exchanging ideas, and revising the drawings, we finished the final design:

The customer said the frame was in good condition, but when we received it, we discovered a fairly serious rust issue with the frame in general. If there are minor spots of rust, we will clean them up before proceeding with the main paintwork, at no extra cost.
